What is Fresh on Top? Any fresh Fruit, Vegetable or Condiment that can be put on top of any food to add the flavors “you” like. It’s like small chopped onions added to Split Pea Soup, Beans or Eggs… It’s like fresh diced tomatoes, Avocados, Nuts, Mixed Greens, Sour Cream, Salsa… Green or Red Chopped Bell peppers, Croutons, Potato Chips… you got the idea. We always bring out 2-3 toppings with every meal to add Flavor and Texture! Once you start adding toppings, you’ll never be satisfied without them.
